GOVERNANCE AND OVERSIGHT
THE SOVEREIGN OVERSIGHT BOARD (SOB): is the governmental regulatory entity responsible for enforcing the laws, codes, and policies of the KiKiallus Nation, including those related to banking. The SOB is an extension of the KiKiallus Nation Court and holds enforcement and judicial powers to regulate licensed activities within the nation. The SOB operates under the supervision of the tribal council and the nation’s court.
iSMART: A Global Financial Initiative
iSMART – An Indigenous Sovereign Monetary Authority and Regulatory Trust designed to empower sovereign and indigenous nations to participate in the global economy on their own terms. iSMART will include indigenous banks and serve as a global framework for debt-free, asset-backed, responsible, and sustainable banking. The objective is to establish a union of trusted banks, supporting indigenous nations in gaining economic independence while preserving their sovereignty.

Developed under the Sovereign Monetary Authority and Regulatory Trust (SMART), iSmart provides an irrevocable and immutable recording system ensuring that all financial activities are fully traceable, secure, and transparent.
iSmart utilizes the same backend blockchain technology trusted by major vendors, such as (DOCUSIGN™), to provide robust security and non-repudiation of transactions. This means that once transactions are recorded, they cannot be altered or denied, making the system highly reliable for both internal and external stakeholders. This integration promotes non-repudiation, further strengthening the financial integrity and credibility of the KiKiallus Nation’s financial operations.
